Monster Salad Recipe


  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Broccoli florets
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Carrot, shaved
  • Red onion
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • Blue berries
  • Walnuts


  1. Coarsely cut the kale, spinach, and romaine. This will help mix the greens together and cut them down to pieces that have a better chance of fitting in your mouth.
  2. Add the greens to a large bowl as the base of the salad. Add the remaining ingredients in quantities that fit your personal taste.
  3. Consider adding grilled chicken or steak and homemade salad dressing.
