bodyweight for fat lossTired of pumping away mindlessly on a treadmill?

Going nowhere on a stationary bike or elliptical?

If you said yes, I’m 100% with YOU.

Just so you know, you do NOT have to log hours & hours each week on “traditional” cardio pieces to burn fat and develop a lean, toned body. In fact, your own body weight will do just fine.

YES, you can use your very own body as equipment. Just think about all the workout scenes in the good ‘ol Rocky movies  : )

He NEVER uses fancy & expensive equipment to train. The “Italian Stallion” is always running up steps, doing push-ups (1 arm I might add), pull-ups, chasing chickens, sprinting on the beach in a half shirt & shorts that are way too short and running up mountains.

And guess what, the Rock only lost ONE time and that’s because Mick got hurt! If you have no idea what I’m talking about, you have to check out Rocky I, II, III & IV. They are classics  : )

But seriously, we’ve been brainwashed into thinking that the only way you can lose weight, burn fat or get a “cardio” workout in is to join an expensive gym and spend hours a week on the ‘dreadmill’ or ‘stair monster’.

Or maybe you were just confused and had some questions regarding resistance training

Well,that’s going to end NOW.

I’m going to give you a simple “Rocky Balboa” workout that you can do just about anywhere and just using your very own bodyweight that’ll help you burn a little fat and develop a lean body.

Here’s an example…

1.) Run/sprint in place

2.) Prisoner bodyweight squats(hands behind head)

3.) Push-ups

Check out these multiple push-up variations:

4.) Planks

Check out these multiple plank variations:

5.) Run/sprint in place

Complete each exercise back to back without rest for 20-60 seconds. After finishing all 5 exercises, rest for 60-90 seconds. That equals 1 set or 1 round. Repeat entire sequence for 3-5 complete sets.

You can plug in more bodyweight exercises(I do one with 10 exercises) or mix in small rest breaks(15-20 seconds) between each exercise to get more of a high intensity interval training workout.

…The possibilities are endless using just your own bodyweight!

So now you have NO excuses.

Start training like Rocky TODAY and I guarantee you WILL see results & get your best body yet.  : )
